These terms of delivery are valid from 3.3.2017 onwards.

The store sells products to adult private individuals. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information requested during the order is used only for order delivery or to resolve any ambiguities related to the order, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are assumed to have read and agreed to the applicable terms of delivery.

Payment and payment methods

In the Termomatto.fi online store, the payment intermediaries used are Klarna Checkout payment service and the Finnish Paytrail payment service provider.

Klarna

With Klarna Checkout service, you can shop online easily, flexibly, and securely. By answering a couple of simple questions, you can conveniently identify yourself in the service and choose the payment method that suits you best.

We offer the following payment methods:

Pay now – payment is made directly to Klarna. Payment methods include card payments and online bank payments. Accepted payment methods are domestic online banks (S-Pankki, Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, and Aktia) – the most common bank and credit cards.

Pay within 30 days, Klarna invoice – 30 days payment time. Adult customers can order products on invoice. You will receive an invoice with the package, which has 30 days of interest-free payment time. You cannot order products on invoice when ordering products for someone else or if you have otherwise given a delivery address other than your registered address. When you choose invoice as the payment method, Klarna will check your credit and address information.

Paytrail

The payment intermediary service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), cooperating with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on bank statements or card bills and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please primarily contact the product supplier.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include shipping and packaging fees. We provide an estimate of the upcoming delivery costs in the shopping cart based on the primary delivery method used. You can see the exact delivery costs after selecting your preferred payment and delivery methods for the order. Available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best, with the exact delivery cost shown.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are indicated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also inform you immediately of any delays after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect damages resulting from delays. The online store will notify on its website about exceptional delivery times.

Return conditions

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unequivocal manner (for example, by letter sent by post or email). You may also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

The Thermomatto.fin product “THERMOMAT CUT TO SIZE” is not subject to the right of return, but the purchase can still be canceled as long as the mat has not yet been cut. A cut-to-size Thermomatto is made as a custom order, so the accuracy of the measurements is the customer's responsibility. Also, the 14-day return right for other products in the online store does not apply to these products (Consumer Protection Act Chapter 6, Section 16). The right of return only applies to defective products.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We will make the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case so that you do not incur any costs for the refund.

You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Uncollected package

Failure to collect is not the same as a return or cancellation. For a package left uncollected without a separate cancellation notice, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problems

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the defect in writing no later than 14 days to the address mentioned in the Cancellation Rights and Return Terms section or by calling the phone number listed in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the carrier of the chosen delivery method.
